Be captivated by the friendship between a songbird and an emperor
In a spin on the classic tale by Hans Christian Andersen, the Singapore Repertory Theatre’s production of The Nightingale sets the story in imperial China, where the Emperor keeps the beautiful songbird in a cage. However, she loses her voice and is replaced by a mechanical bird – how will she survive? Filled with clever dialogue and catchy songs, this charming tale of friendship will captivate your little one. Suitable for kids aged three and above.

Jump for joy at an inflatable playground
After a successful run last year, Art-Zoo Inflatable Park returns to delight kids and parents alike with a host of new inflatable characters, from animals to plants to fantastical creatures. Children under 24 months enter for free with one paying adult.

Check out a Nickelodeon festival
Head down to the Singapore Festival of Fun at Clarke Quay this weekend for a triple dose of fun! The event is divided into three zones: the Magners International Comedy Fest, Nickelodeon Fiesta and Clarke Quay StreetFest. Your kids will have a ball of a time at the Nickelodeon Fiesta’s food-themed game booths, and meet-and-greet sessions with SpongeBob Squarepants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They’ll also get to discover popular local delights on the heritage trail.
