How do I add items into the shopping cart?
To add items into shopping cart, please click "Add to Cart". You can also click on the product catalogue thumbnail to view the detailed product page.
Can I amend items in my shopping cart?
Yes, you can amend the items in your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at top right hand corner of our website. You can remove the items or change quantity. Click "-" or "+" and update your cart items if you would like to change the quantity.
How do I place my order?
Once you are ready to place your order, click "Proceed to Checkout" in your cart. You will be brought to the checkout page. If you are not logged in to your Times Connect account, you will be prompted to key in your Times Connect ID and password. At the checkout page, you need to fill in your billing and shipping address. Review your order summary and click "Place Order" to proceed to payment (Note: Please ensure your order is accurate before placing an order as no changes are accepted once payment is made).
What are your payment modes?
We accept credit cards (Master/Visa) for payment. For more information on payment modes, please click here.
How do I make payment?
After clicking "Place Order" in the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway page for you to key in your credit card details. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change items or cancel my order?
You cannot change items or cancel your order once it has been confirmed and paid.
I live outside Singapore. Can I place an order on GoGuru e-shop?
Yes, you can place an order from locations outside of Singapore. E-products can be purchased overseas (subject to territorial availability). Please note that orders placed outside of Singapore will be transacted in USD.
How can I check or track my order?
You can track your order by logging in to GoGuru and refer to "My Orders" page.
