How do I perform self-collection?
You may select the option of "Self-Collection" at checkout.
Can I collect some items and have some delivered to me?
You may only choose one of the options of "Self-Collection" or "Delivery" at checkout. Should you wish to split your orders, you may perform the order separately.
Where can I collect my items from?
Currently only at Times bookstore @ Waterway Point.
Can I forward the order email to my friend/family member as it is intended as a gift?
The email is only sent to you. That means only you would have access to the email, unless it's forwarded or circulated by you. Anyone with access to your email may impersonate you for the collection. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not forward the email to any other recipients that are not intended for self-collection.
Can I get my friend/family member to collect on my behalf?
Yes, please show the email printout & photo ID for verification. You should produce a letter of authorization if your friend/family member is collecting on your behalf.
Why does it take 3-5 working days for my items to be ready at Times bookstore @ Waterway Point? Can't I go down immediately?
We seek your understanding that not all items are available at Times bookstore @ Waterway Point, therefore it would take 3-5 working days for the item(s) to be ordered and transferred to our store.
Why can't I make a purchase on GoGuru and collect on the spot since I am already in the store?
Currently our payment system for GoGuru and Times bookstore are two separate payment systems. Therefore, we would recommend for you to make purchase in-store directly should there be any items that you wish to purchase in-store that is available.
How long do I have to collect the item?
You have 14 days from the date of notification to collect your item.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & CHANGE OF ORDERS
May I change the items after I have placed the order?
We do not allow exchange once order is placed. We strongly encourage customers to check through order in the order summary page before submitting the order.
I realized that I have placed wrong order, and I would like to change it immediately?
