Catherina Hosoi

Catherina Hosoi is a food consultant and cooking instructor who has operated and managed an independent cooking school for 20 years. Married to a Japanese, she learnt to appreciate and cook Japanese cuisine while living in Japan in the 1980s. Catherina is a regular guest on Singapore radio station Love 97.2 FM, going on air every week to share recipes and cooking tips. She has also appeared on variety shows on Mediacorp Channel 8 as a guest chef. Catherina works with Japanese food manufactures and restaurants to develop new products and recipes in her test kitchen.
