Julia Gabriel Julia Gabriel, Kathy Creamer

Julia Gabriel qualified as a teacher in 1981 with the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Awarded the Licentiate Teacher’s Diploma for Speech and Drama and a Silver Medal for the highest examination achievement nationally, she additionally holds a teaching licentiate for Speech and Drama from the London College of Music. Julia has written and recorded educational television programmes for the Ministry of Education in Singapore, and is an accomplished storyteller, performer and lecturer who conducts regular seminars for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. In 1993, the Lord Mayor of London awarded Julia life membership of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama for her services to Speech and Drama. She holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, is Founder and Creative Director of the Julia Gabriel Family of Services and this is her first book. Sadly, Julia passed away in 2019. However her teaching philosophy lives on and is infused into everything they do at Julia Gabriel Centre.
